Here at San Juan Counseling, we provide a generous benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance for counselors who work at least 25 hours a week. What We Offer:
- Competitive pay ($40/hr starting pay for associates, $50/hr starting pay for licensed counselors).
- Fully paid vision, dental, and health insurance paid for each employee with the option to pay for family members. Available to counselors who work at least 25 hours a week.

- Free supervision for associates who join
- Interns are welcome to gain hours through telehealth counseling

What We are Looking For:
- Independently motivated counselors who like being in charge of their own caseload
- Counselors who enjoy and have professional or life experience with military, first responders, and/or the world of adoption or foster care.
- Counselors who like to focus on the clinical aspect of their work, allowing us to take care of the business side.
- Counselors who enjoy supporting families and underserved populations.
- Counselors who are comfortable working with men.
- Counselors who are comfortable providing telehealth.
- Counselors who are licensed in WA state.
